Want a fun way to workout this summer? Join us for our Outdoor CrossFit Boot Camp at Johnston Memorial Park.

After a long day at work, it’s time to take care of yourself. During our 45 minute class you can reduce your stress, burn calories, lose body fat, build lean muscle all while getting some vitamin D and having fun.

Classes are run and programmed by experienced CrossFit coaches that have your best interest in mind.

No experience is necessary. All of our workouts can be tailored to your current fitness level.

We’ll show you how to get results as long as you’re willing to put in the work.

Ends: Thursday, August 29th

Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays
