Individualized training is great if you.....

  • Have specific goals (i.e. an upcoming competition, getting ready for a wedding or special event, work on developing and strengthening a particular movement)
  • Have the ability to workout and train from home. Get feedback and coaching from the comfort of your home.
  • Have special needs (i.e. strengthening an old injury, staying fit during pregnancy or getting back in shape postpartum, or have a condition that you don't want to define you)
  • Just prefer the one-on-one attention. We also do personal training for up to 3 people (yes, you can split the fee). Whether you just want to increase your comfort levels for group classes, work crazy hours, or are just laser-focused on your goal....we're here for you.
  • Want to speed up results. With an individualized plan created around your goals and needs, you will have everything you'll need to be successful.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1:

Schedule Your Free Consultation

Having a consultation will give us the opportunity to learn more about you and to understand what you're goals are. With the gathered information, we can dive a little bit deeper to really understand what you want to accomplish and how we can help.

There is never any commitments with our free consultation. 

STEP 2:

Movement Screening

Prior to starting your training, we will go through a movement screening that will let us see what your body is currently capable of doing. This screening provides great feedback that will allow us to create your individualized training plan. 

 

STEP 3:

Start Training & Progress Check-Ins

Choose the best program for you and start training! Plans include:

  • Personal Training

  • Small Group Training

  • Remote Programming + Online Coaching
