Interested in personal training sessions?

Personal training is great if you.....

  • Have specific goals (i.e. an upcoming competition, getting ready for a wedding or special event, work on developing and strengthening a particular movement)
  • Have special needs (i.e. strengthening an old injury, staying fit during pregnancy or getting back in shape postpartum, or have a condition that you don't want to define you)
  • Just prefer the one-on-one attention. We also do personal training for up to 3 people (yes, you can split the fee). Whether you just want to increase your comfort levels for group classes, work crazy hours, or are just laser-focused on your goal....we're here for you.
  • Want to speed up results. With an individualized plan created around your goals and needs, you will have everything you'll need to be successful.

Schedule Your Free Consultation

Having a consultation will give us the opportunity to learn more about you and to understand what you're goals are. With the gathered information, we can dive a little bit deeper to really understand what you want to accomplish and how we can help.

We will then advise how many times you should come in and for how long. But you will decide what works best for you and your budget. There is never any commitments with our free consultation. 

Screening

During the first session we will go through a movement screening that will let us see what your body is currently capable of doing. This screening provides great feedback that will allow us to create your individualized training plan.

Start Training & Progress Check-Ins

Schedule your sessions at times that work best for you.
