Frequently Asked Questions

 How long is the program?

The program is 6 weeks (7 weeks if doing hybrid) long from your consultation date.  We ask you come at least 3x per week and for a weekly assessment.

 When does it start?

This is a unique program for you. You can start when you wish. After register, we book your first consult and assessments in though to guarantee you a spot. You have up to 6 weeks to start after your reserve your spot.

 What if I miss a few days during the challenge?

No problem. We want you to commit 100% during the 6 weeks but if life gets in the way, just give us 24hrs notice and we can reschedule to another 6 week window. You can still reserve your spot now.

 What is the training like?

We are offering 2 versions of the program. 

 

Hybrid Training - a perfect combo of group training and personal training to give you high energy workouts but also solo time to focus on just you.  $60/wk (earn it free, too)

Prior to starting your hybrid (group class) training, participants must take 2 personal training sessions. A prerequisite for all new members. This will be discussed during your consultation. ($99 total for both sessions)

 

1-1 Personal Training - (3 one-hour weekly sessions) if you want to have your own coach the whole way through for maximum effectiveness or if you have medical conditions/injuries/limitations than this is the best route. $90/wk (earn it free, too)

What are your hours?

If you are doing personal training, we work around your schedule. If you are doing the hybrid training, check out our class schedule.

What are your meal plans like?

We go over your lifestyle and food preferences during our initial consultation. With that information we create a custom meal plan with easy to follow recipes that you'll enjoy. We focus on eating real, whole food. We also have vegetarian and vegan options
